Scenario: We have recently right-sized our workforce, letting go over 10% of our employees. We are now left with underutilized equipment that we would like to sell.

Many of Liquid Technology's clients have had to reduce staff as a cost-cutting measure -- an action that inevitably leads to an excess inventory of equipment and furniture. In many cases, the lack of an adequate asset management system leads to theft or loss of equipment during transition. Liquid Technology will create a detailed, on-site inventory of your assets and assess their value. We will then manage the divestiture of the assets, supervising all steps of the process through completion.
