Compliance Associate - Brooklyn, NY


We have a new and unique position available for someone who is passionate and committed to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (QEHS) issues including global e-waste and environmental safety. The Compliance Associate will provide support to the SVP, Compliance addressing e-waste, workplace health and safety, and the impact on the global community.

Responsibilities are expected to increase with experience and expertise however, initial responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular, frequent safety and compliance checks
  • Ensuring that maintenance logs are up to date and assisting the SVP with documentation and taking corrective action as necessary

  • Completing and filing export/import documentation ensuring compliance to U.S. and foreign laws as well as compliance to e-Stewarts’ and Liquid Technology’s standards and procedures

Required Skills

  • Some travel will be required
  • Steel toed boots must be worn at all times while in the warehouse

Level 1 Tech - Brooklyn, NY


We are currently seeking a high energy candidate to join our hardware testing team as a Level 1 Technician. In this role you will be sorting, testing, troubleshooting and inventorying various types of hardware (servers, PCs etc.) in a warehouse environment. Some of the equipment we commonly work with include Dell, HP, Lenovo/IBM PCs and servers; laptops, phone systems, routers and switches.

Required Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of PC hardware architecture
  • Experience and knowledge of basic
  • Highly detail oriented

  • This is a very physical, high energy position; speed and accuracy are very important so you must be able to stand for most of the day and frequently lift and/or move 50lbs or more using a pallet jack (we will train on how to use the jack)

Warehouse Manager - Chicago, IL


We are opening a new facility in Chicago and are seeking a candidate to be the lead technician and overall supervisor. The Warehouse Team Lead will be trained in the Liquid Technology processes to mirror the experience in this new location. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision, technical assistance and training to all local warehouse employees
  • Assigning projects to warehouse staff and ensuring accuracy and completion in a timely fashion
  • Managing receiving and proper labeling of incoming jobs
  • Ensuring e-scrap is properly prepared for downstream processing
  • Overseeing the warehouse supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assisting in the hiring/interview process and making recommendations to manage the labor costs
  • Partnering with the New York based VP, Warehouse Operations to contribute to development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices
  • Ensuring warehouse compliance with e-Stewards, R2, NAID, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001
  • Some onsite client work may be required

  • Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting servers, laptops, PCs
  • The ability to update and install software on Cisco and Juniper network devices
  • Experience testing and performing password recovery and de-configuration on different networking equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.
  • The willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out in other areas such as shipping and recycling
