Description

We are currently seeking a Level 1 Technician to join our computer testing team. In this role you will test servers, PCs and various computer hardware. Some of the equipment we commonly work with include Dell, HP, Lenovo/IBM PCs and servers; laptops, phone systems, routers and switches.

Required Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of PC hardware architecture
  • Highly detail oriented – accuracy is of the utmost importance

  • This is a very physical position so you must be able to stand for most of the day and frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Sales Support Associate - Brooklyn, NY

Description

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to support the sales activities of Account Managers. This is a broad position and requires someone who is a multi-tasker who can see small projects to conclusion and be a reliable support for the rest of the team.

Required Skills

  • Lead the screening effort by serving as front line qualifier of incoming sales calls
  • Provide sales support by assisting with quotations, facilitating commission calculations, cleaning up lists for bidding, entering data to the CRM and Basecamp
  • Engage with clients by acting as liaison between the sales teams and clients
