An international publishing company acquired a smaller U.S.-based publishing company. The parent company needed to consolidate assets and resolve redundancy issues.

Liquid Technology worked with the staff to inventory and evaluate assets at several sites throughout the United States. After comparing inventories in various locations, we made recommendations to the client regarding which equipment to sell and whether or not to consolidate excess inventories in two centralized locations.
